Storage Quota
The minimum you need to begin securely backing up your important files and folders is a storage quota. To begin protecting your data determine the backup quota that is most suitable for your needs - examine the properties of local drives or directories you need to have protected, eg the size on disk shown.

Microsoft Exchange Server License
If you need to backup a Microsoft Exchange Server then please select one of these for each server. This license will allow you to backup Exchange and restore all mailboxes in the event of a disaster.
Exchange Mailbox License
You only need these if you want a granular or "brick level" backup of Exchange. You need 1 license for each mailbox you want to backup. With these licenses in addition to the Exchange Server license you can restore individual mailboxes or even emails.
Microsoft SQL Server License
If you need to backup a Microsoft SQL Server then please select one of these for each server. One license can backup multiple databases.
Initial Seed Backup
The first full backup can take some time depending on your Internet upload speed. A 5GB backup can usually be performed over the weekend but larger backups can take an unpractical amount of time for the first "seed" backup. In these instances we recommend you purchase an initial seed backup to removable media. We send you a USB hard disk to take the seed and you return it to us once completed. This seed is loaded to our backup servers and your regular backups then run happily via the Internet.
